The location was INCREDIBLY convenient. It was steps away from the park entrances. Early access was a fantastic perk. We could enter the parks a full hour before everyone else. This saved us time waiting in lines.
The room cleaning service was inadequate. Dirty cups were left in the room and not replaced. I had to wash them in the bathroom sink. The hotel restaurants were near impossible to get into, and the food was like motorway service station fare.

The hotel location was ideal. The staff was nice and very helpful. Comfort level was high. The early access perk was great. It saved us a lot of time waiting in lines. This allowed us to enjoy more attractions.
The room was not ready until after 5 pm. It was near impossible to get into the hotel restaurants. The pool hot tub operated with a strict one in, one out rule. It was like waiting for a park ride.

check-in was smooth luggage was handled efficiently i was able to go to the park quickly. the staff was attentive and the room was super clean and cozy it provided a great location for visiting the attractions.
the hotel room lacked complimentary water i found this inconvenient. refills were available only from a water fountain i had to call housekeeping with no immediate resolution. the management did not respond to my call regarding this issue
